our US customer base.

Vital Phone relaunch IPVO
Vital Phone re-launches our iPVO (iP Virtual Office) a virtual PBX, which includes Unified Messaging, Fax to e-mail; plus much more, yet without CAPEX investment (subject to status). This means Vital host the service within our Data Centre, adjacent to our telephone exchanges, eliminating complex installations or on-going PBX maintenance costs. The product is designed for the SME market place, yet has multiple purposes for varying environments. Thus, any businesses with multiple sites which work (partially together or fully as one business) or home workers can all operate as if they are in one place. Meaning our iPVO users can use their phones from the Office, from home even abroad and need only send their Office Ddi, wherever they are calling from.
Our product can even direct inbound calls to several phone numbers at once, if none are answered, a message will be left on the Direct Line voicemail which will be forwarded automatically to the users PC (then can be listened to on the iP phone or the PC) and if your business runs BES for Blackberry, the message can even be played over your Blackberry.

One Freephone number from multiple countries
Following the successful enhancement of our ITFS range of numbers this January, our development team has now improved our more complex UIFN (Universal International Free-phone Number) services. A Universal International Free phone Number (UIFN) enables an International Free phone Service (IFS) customer to be allocated a unique free phone number(s) that is the same throughout the world.
A UIFN is composed of a three-digit country code for global service application, i.e. 800, followed by an 8 digit Global Subscriber Number (GSN), resulting in an 11digit fixed format. Often described as a Toll Free Telephone number, Vital are offering our UIFN service with a a major difference; Intelligent Networking inbuilt with either TDM or iP delivery. We can even build redundant Global call delivery solutions seamlessly around our customers global or national Call Centres.
With Vital UIFN there's no need to set up and maintain a different number for each country;
