Simply dial 07744
65 00 28, wait for the prompt, dial the number
you are calling and then press the # key (you can dial your
number during the voice prompt if you have heard it before,
and there is no need to press 'call' again).
Please check the country list and your service package prior
to using our service.

| Who can use it? |
|
Users
with inclusive free cross network minutes should be able
to use the 07744 number. Please ensure you have sufficient
inclusive minutes to prevent your mobile provider charging,
check first to ensure you don't receive an unexpected charge.
An exception being Single-point Vodafone contracts which
unfortunately do not allow our number within their free
minutes at present along with “3” mobiles, although
we always advise you to check with your mobile phone company.

| How can I program my number into my
phone for one-touch dialling? |

For convenience, you can store your frequently dialled 07744
Call Through numbers on your mobile. Our 07744 needs to
prefix the numbers you call most often.
There are two ways to do this, you can either save the number
into the phone book on your phone in the regular way, or
you can edit the numbers in your phone book to include the
07744 Call Through number and dial using pause dialling.
This can be done as follows:
On a Nokia phone:
Step 1 Enter the 07744 Call Through
Step 2 Press * 3 times to show ‘p’. (This causes
dialling to pause)
Step 3 Enter your destination number, including the full
international code) For example: 07744 328328 p 001 XXXX
XXXX.
On a Seimens or Panasonic phone:
Step 1 Enter the 07744 Call Through
Step 2 Press and hold ‘0’ to show ‘+’.
(This causes dialling to pause)
Step 3 Enter your destination number, including the full
international code) For example: 07744 328328 + 001 XXXX
XXXX.
On a Motorola or Ericsson phone :
Step 1 Enter the 07744 Call Through number
Step 2 Press and hold * to show ‘p’. (This causes
dialling to pause)

There are a few other things to take into account. As
previously mentioned, you must have inclusive minutes to
benefit from this service (pay-as-you-go customers will
be charged by their provider for the call, so if you are
a pay-as-you-go user, get in touch with your provider and
check the additional charges)
Please also check with the person who owns the phone before
you make the call (if it is not you)

You should also come back to this regularly just to check
the destination list has not changed - we are adding new
destinations all the time, and very occasionally have to
